Harriet Hill creates sculpture and site-specific installations that respond directly to the visceral qualities of a material or place and has created an installation especially for Flow. Her practise explores the relationships between the physical object and structural space, playing with hidden dynamics of power that are inherent within spaces and the people that use them.
She will talk about the development of her practise, how it reflects a varied creative path that has always been based on the physical act of making and an enjoyment of the affective nature of materials.
